IPL 2025, PBKS vs RCB: The first qualifier-1 match of the ongoing IPL season between Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore was played in Mullanpur today on 29 May. Let us tell you that due to the excellent performance in this match, RCB won by 8 wickets.

RCB made it to the finals for the fourth time
On the other hand, by winning the match against Shreyas Iyer-led Punjab Kings by 8 wickets, Royal Challengers Bangalore have made it to the finals for the fourth time in IPL history. Earlier, the team has made it to the finals of the 2009, 2011, and 2016 seasons. However, it has not been able to win the IPL trophy even once so far.
However, considering the team’s performance in the current season, it appears that they can end the 17-year drought of not winning the IPL trophy. With the presence of experienced batsman and former captain Virat Kohli in the team, a different energy is seen in the team.
Well, now RCB will face the winner of Qualifier-2 in the final of the current season on June 3. Let us tell you that the eliminator match will be played between the Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians on May 30. The winning team of this match will face Punjab Kings in the second qualifier match.
