Shreyas Iyer and Karun Nair have been included at number four. According to the former player, wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant should play at number five and Ravindra Jadeja at number 6.
He has included Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammad Shami, Shardul Thakur, Jaspreet Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj, Abhimanyu Easwaran, Sarfaraz Khan, Dhruv Jurel and Washington Sharma in the team. According to Wasim Jaffer, one of the players Arshdeep Singh, Akashdeep and Prasidh Krishna should be included in India’s squad.
