After the Champions Trophy 2025, India’s eyes in ODI cricket will now be on the 2027 ODI World Cup. Rohit Sharma and company have to play a total of 9 series in the next ICC ODI, which includes 27 matches. Apart from this, a plan can be made to play some more ODI series as the tournament approaches. However, India will not play a single ODI match until several months after the Champions Trophy 2025.

In such a situation, today we will tell you what is the ODI schedule of Team India till 2027 and when and against which team India will compete. The 2027 ODI World Cup can be held anytime between October and December. Before this, the Indian team is going to play a lot of matches. Very few ODI matches were played after the 2023 ODI World Cup.

In such a situation, a lot of ODI matches will be played after the T20 World Cup 2026. Rohit Sharma and his team will play 27 ODI matches before the 2027 World Cup. India has to play 3-3 match ODI series against 8 teams. India will play a series twice against one country.

India will play one series each with Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, England, South Africa, West Indies and Sri Lanka in the upcoming ODI series, while it will play two ODI series with New Zealand. Out of the nine series, India will play six series at home, while the rest of the series will be held outside the country. It will start with the tour of Bangladesh in August, which will be played this year. In October-November 2025, India has to play a three-match ODI series on the tour of Australia.
