Argentina vs Brazil: Date Confirmed for Thrilling Friendly Clash

Brazil

As the 2026 World Cup approaches, South American giants Argentina and Brazil are using the international window to fine-tune their squads with crucial friendly matches. Following the conclusion of the Latin American World Cup qualifiers, both teams have lined up fixtures this November to maintain rhythm and test new strategies.

Messi and Argentina Set for Angola Clash

World champions Argentina are set to face Angola in a friendly match tomorrow (November 14) at the Estadio Nacional Stadium in Luanda, the capital of Angola. The game kicks off at 10:00 PM Bangladesh time and will mark the golden jubilee of Angola’s independence.

The Argentine Football Association (AFA) has reportedly agreed to the fixture after receiving an offer of approximately 170 crore taka from the Angolan government. Initially, Argentina was expected to visit India, while Morocco and Japan were also considered as potential opponents. However, those plans eventually fell through.

A source close to the team stated,

“𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝒊𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 — 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒈𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒏𝒈𝒐𝒍𝒂’𝒔 𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒄 𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒆.”

Brazil to Play Senegal and Tunisia in Europe

Meanwhile, Brazil will play two international friendlies in Europe this month. The Seleção, led by Vinícius Júnior and Casemiro, will face Senegal on November 15 at the Emirates Stadium in London, with kickoff at 10:00 PM Bangladesh time. Their final match of the year will be against Tunisia on November 18 in Lille, France.

Brazil’s coaching staff sees these matches as vital for team building. One insider noted,

“𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒅 𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝑪𝒖𝒑 𝒄𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒈𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒃𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔.”

No Broadcast for Bangladesh Fans

Unfortunately, football enthusiasts in Bangladesh and across the subcontinent will be disappointed, as no local TV channel has secured broadcasting rights for either Argentina vs Angola or Brazil’s friendlies this month.

Still, excitement remains high worldwide as fans eagerly await another chance to see Lionel Messi and Brazil’s rising stars in action.
