Ousmane Dembélé enjoyed a season to remember with Paris Saint-Germain, playing a decisive role in one of the most successful campaigns in the club’s history. The French attacker helped PSG secure a domestic treble and was a key figure in their maiden triumph, a landmark achievement for the Paris giants.
A Historic Season with PSG
Dembélé was in sensational form throughout the campaign, scoring 35 goals in 53 appearances across all competitions. His consistent brilliance also guided PSG to the final of the expanded 32-team Club World Cup, where they eventually finished runners-up after losing to Chelsea.
Thanks to these performances, the 28-year-old edged out his France teammate Kylian Mbappé and Barcelona prodigy Lamine Yamal to win the FIFA Best Men’s Player of the Year award. Dembélé topped the voting with 50 points, while Yamal and Mbappé finished behind him.
