Rahul Tewatia and Gerald Coetzee were present at the crease from the team’s side. Captain Hardik Pandya gave 18 runs in one over. Apart from himself, Hardik Pandya had the option of Will Jacks, Deepak Chahar, and Karn Sharma as bowlers. Hardik gave this important responsibility to Deepak Chahar, who bowled poorly, and the Gujarat Titans won this match easily. This was a big mistake this season.
2- Tilak Verma retired out and returned to the pavilion at a crucial time against Lucknow
Mumbai Indians played the 16th match of IPL 2025 against Lucknow Super Giants. In this match, the Lucknow team gave Mumbai a target of 204 runs. Tilak Verma was not able to bat well in this match, and he scored only 13 runs in 15 balls.
After the 19th over of the Mumbai Indians’ innings, Tilak Verma had scored 25 runs off 23 balls, and the team needed 24 runs off 7 balls.
